We will show you how to get started with astrophotography, including:
- Selecting equipment
- Camera settings
- Telescope set-up
- Introductory processing tips
We’ll also coach you on what your goals are, whether you want to take nightscape images of the Milky Way, or high resolution images with a telescope.
Following the introduction, you will be able to capture images of your own and get help setting up astrophotography equipment. Bring your own camera or telescope, or take a turn on one of our host set-ups and we will show you how unfiltered color imaging is possible, even from light polluted skies.
